Hello, dear readers! I hope you are all doing well and enjoying the summer. We have been very busy and productive in the last few days at the Pun-E-Farm, creating some amazing pyrography artworks on wood. For those who are not familiar with pyrography, it is the art of burning designs on wood using a heated tool. It is also known as wood burning or pokerwork.

Pyrography is a fascinating and rewarding craft that allows you to create beautiful and unique pieces of art. It is also a challenging and skillful technique that requires patience, precision, and creativity. In this blog post, I want to share with you some of LRC’s recent works, and how she created them. I hope you will find this post informative and inspiring.

Pun-E-Farm Recent Works

In the last few days, I have created five new portfolio posts featuring LRC’s pyrography artworks on wood. They are:

**Pyrography Art of a Woman in front of a Window**. This is a portrait of a woman sitting in front of a window, looking outside with a thoughtful expression. LRC wanted to capture the mood and atmosphere of the scene, using different shades and textures of wood burning. LRC used a light-colored wood board as the base and burned the details with a fine-tip tool.

**Pyrography Art of an Elephant in a Tribal Style**. This is an illustration of an elephant in a tribal style, with geometric patterns and symbols on its body. LRC wanted to create a contrast between the realistic shape of the elephant and the abstract design of the decoration. She used a dark-colored wood board as the base and burned the outline and the patterns with a medium-tip tool.

**Pyrography Art of a Bird on a Branch with Flowers**. This is a depiction of a bird on a branch with flowers, in a realistic and detailed style. LRC wanted to show the beauty and elegance of nature, using fine lines and curves of wood burning. She used a medium-colored wood board as the base, and burned the bird, the branch, and the flowers with a fine-tip tool.

**Pyrography Art of Two Giraffes with Touching Heads**. This is an image of two giraffes with touching heads, in a simple and cute style. LRC wanted to express the affection and bond between the animals, using smooth and soft strokes of wood burning. She used a light-colored wood board as the base and burned the giraffes’ bodies and spots with a medium-tip tool.

**Fierce Tiger Pyrography on Wood Canvas Board**. This is a pyrography artwork of a tiger’s face, in a realistic and expressive style. LRC wanted to capture the power and majesty of the animal, using bold and sharp strokes of wood burning. She used a wood canvas board as the base, which has a smooth surface and allows for more detail and precision. LRC burned the tiger’s face with a fine-tip tool, creating contrast and texture with different shades of wood burning.

You can see these artworks at the Pun-E-Portfolio page [here]. It is all original and handmade by LRC, using high-quality materials and tools.

LRC says “I hope you like my new work as much as I do. It was very fun and challenging to create it”.

Pun-E-Farm Updated Works

In addition to LRC’s new works, I have also updated some of Pun-E’s previous portfolio posts featuring LRC’s pyrography artworks on wood. They are:

**War Games: A Pyrographic Artwork on Wood by LRC**. This is a pyrography which depicts a person with long hair and a hat, riding a tank with and holding a doll. The artwork is inspired by the contrast between war and peace, and the role of humor and imagination in coping with reality. LRC wanted to create a sense of drama and tension, using different tones and textures of wood burning. She used a dark-colored wood board as the base and burned the tank and little girl with a fine-tip tool. I have updated this post with more photos and details of the artwork. You can see the updated post [here].

**Pyrography Art: Fossil in a Tree**. This is a pyrography artwork of a fossilized octopus in a tree trunk, in a surreal and whimsical style. LRC wanted to create a contrast between the organic shape of the octopus and the rigid structure of the tree, using curved and straight lines of wood burning. She used a medium-colored wood board as the base and burned the octopus with a medium-tip tool. I have updated this post with more photos and details of the artwork. You can see the updated post [here].

**Floral Beauty: A Pyrography and Colored Pencil Artwork on Wood**. This is a mixed media artwork of a flower bouquet, using pyrography and colored pencils on wood. LRC wanted to show the vibrancy and diversity of nature, using bright colors and fine details. She used a light-colored wood board as the base and burned the outline of the flowers with a fine-tip tool. Then she colored them with colored pencils, blending and shading them to create depth and dimension. I have updated this post with more photos and details of the artwork. You can see the updated post [here].

You can see these artworks on the Pun-E-Portfolio [here]. You can also purchase them at the Pun-E-Shop [here]. They are all original and handmade by LRC, using high-quality materials and tools.
