**Shipping Policy**

Free USPS Ground Advantage™ shipping on every order.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Pun-E-Farm shop. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

**Shipment processing time**

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders will be shipped, free of charge, via USPS Ground Advantage™. This means that once your order has shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days
* Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations)may receive slower service.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

**Shipment confirmation & Order tracking**

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

**Customs, Duties and Taxes**

Pun-E-Farm will only ship to addresses in the United States that are deliverable via USPS.

**Damages and Losses**

Pun-E-Farm Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your package gets lost, please contact USPS to file a claim. USPS Ground Advantage™ provides up to $100 of insurance, so be sure to keep your receipt. For orders over $100, standard shipping insurance will be provided, up to the value of your order.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

**International Shipping Policy**

We currently ship to the United States and do not offer international shipping.
