If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply fill out the form above within 30 days of receiving your item(s) and we will gladly refund your money or exchange it for an equally priced product of your choice, as soon as the item has been returned to us. *Note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

If your items was damaged during shipping, please see our Shipping Policy for information about filing a claim with USPS.

You will not be required to explain why you are dissatisfied, but we will still ask, in order to better understand how we can improve both our presentation, as well as the final product. :)

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
